NewMindsets releases NMS2.3 — enriched features support "on demand" learning and continuous performance improvement

The new product includes upgrades that ensure full compatibility with the most recent versions of Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape 7.1 and Safari 1.23 to facilitate browser of choice. It also includes enhancements to the system's learning management tools — for content management, tracking of personal learning, storing and retrieval of personal notes. For example, new templates for instant competency development / study plan creation enable just in time learning on topics such as Continuous Improvement, Creativity and Innovation, Delegating Effectively, Leadership in Action, Coaching for Performance Improvement, Overcoming Barriers to Change. NMS2.3. also includes a customizable "Personal Learning Journal" feature that allows users to capture personal learning and produce progress reports on execution of development plans.
