Since most learning management systems or course management platforms do not have their own content, NewMindsets provides an ideal way of gaining rapid access to a broad range of high quality resources in the field of leadership and management development. We have been successful in creating a smooth interface with many learning portals. However, 'first-generation' Learning Management Systems operating on a tightly controlled learning and course-management model may insist that all learning occurs in accordance with their design specifications and that the NewMindsets system be adapted to these specifications.
