  • The whole learning site will be customized to create a co-branded feel through inclusion of your logo and favored color scheme, and will be designed to reflect any learning and development themes and site wide programs that you wish to feature.
  • The detailed learning resources can be matched to your competence development requirements or blended learning programs and featured in customized menus for easy access.
  • New content can be self-authored using several simple templates that allow seamless integration with the e-learning system as a whole. This feature also allows you to link to your organization's existing e-learning content.
  • The built-in 'design a course' feature allows for continuous customization of learning programs for teams or individuals, or for accredited learning programs. All learners have their own personal learning directory. This allows them to be treated uniquely e.g. so that they can have their personal competence development or '360' improvement programs.
