This privacy policy applies to the website NewMindsets.com as well as the NewMindsets product(s) located at NewMindsets.org.

Your privacy and the privacy of others are important to NewMindsets. Specifically, the maintenance of your trust is critical to the learning environment of the NewMindsets experience. NewMindsets values your trust.

By using our site and entering your information, you consent to our collection and the use of that information. Collection of User Information

Each time a visitor comes to the NewMindsets sites, information is collected from the visitor or user to improve the overall quality of the site. Aggregated information is used by NewMindsets and may be shared with those whom we do business with, including actual and potential customers, investors, financial and other advisors, vendors and other current and potential business partners. In addition, certain aggregated information may be reported to national and other regulatory agencies, as may be required by law, and accrediting bodies. This aggregated information cannot be used to personally identify or contact a specific individual.

Nor is NewMindsets responsible for the quality of the products and services made available at any such third-party site.

Public Forums

Our site may make virtual classrooms, collaboration environements, chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas potentially becomes public information and you should not disclose any personal information that you would not be comfortable having made generally available. Nor should you disclose any information about your employer if there is any chance the information might be proprietary or confidential information of your employer.

All information will be stored as securely as possible consistent with nationally recognized security standards, while maintaining our ability to quickly and effectively access this information to serve your needs.
