NewMindsets develops strong relationships with customers to ensure the best possible learning applications.

>Our implementation and learning support staff are available to provide detailed help in designing and implementing e-learning solutions that fit with your blended learning, competence development or general e-learning needs so that maximum benefit and impact can be gained from the NewMindsets system. We will show how our content and system functionality can be used to meet the demands of current and future business issues and how learning can be integrated with action projects to deliver a direct return on investment. We will also share templates, sample materials and advice in creating your own self-authored learning resources. Detailed advice and implementation support materials for your internal HRD, Training, or other learning support staff, coaches, mentors, instructors etc. are also available. Depending on the terms of your specific contract, we are also able to run "kick off workshops" and 'train the trainer' style learning workshops on implementing strategic e-learning solutions, if required.
>Our technical staff will help to install the learning system on your technology platform and work with your technical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth interface with your existing hardware and software requirements. After installation we aim to provide rapid help and support in answering technology-related questions. If any NewMindsets system problems arise they will be addressed to create minimum disruption. We provide extensive user advice and instruction on how to use the system for maximum benefit, but do not provide support for problems with users' computer hardware or independently sponsored software.
>In addition to the above, the NewMindsets system contains an online QuickTutorial and Help guide that anticipates and answers a very broad range of user questions and gives solid practical advice on how to gain maximum benefit from the on-line learning resources and all the learning and course management features.
